Selection form: interview

 

Main duties:

** Timely response to all telephone calls recorded on the hotline.

** Corresponding software registration for each call

** Listening to customer complaints and flagging them, assigning the correct category to the problem

** Timely and comprehensive delivery of information needed by the user

** Listening to the user, recording their problems in detail and fixing them later

** If necessary, conduct a satisfaction survey

** Timely response to messages

 

Requirements:

** Work experience in the mentioned field (preferred)

** Knowledge of Russian and/or English languages ​​(B1 level preferred)

** Gender: female

 

Personal characteristics:

** Effective listening and problem solving skills
