Position: <\/span>operator<\/b><\/p>\n

Location: Tbilisi, Main Office, Budapeshti street 38<\/span><\/p>\n

Type of employment: full time<\/span><\/p>\n

Selection form: interview<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Main duties:<\/span><\/p>\n

** Timely response to all telephone calls recorded on the hotline.<\/span><\/p>\n

** Corresponding software registration for each call<\/span><\/p>\n

** Listening to customer complaints and flagging them, assigning the correct category to the problem<\/span><\/p>\n

** Timely and comprehensive delivery of information needed by the user<\/span><\/p>\n

** Listening to the user, recording their problems in detail and fixing them later<\/span><\/p>\n

** If necessary, conduct a satisfaction survey<\/span><\/p>\n

** Timely response to messages<\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n

** Work experience in the mentioned field (preferred)<\/span><\/p>\n

** Knowledge of Russian and\/or English languages \u200b\u200b(B1 level preferred)<\/span><\/p>\n

** Gender: female<\/span><\/p>\n

Personal characteristics:<\/span><\/p>\n

** Effective listening and problem solving skills<\/span><\/p>\n
